    Hi everyone,

I am new to DJing and new to Native Instruments.

I was wondering why the hot cues buttons on my DDJ Ergo-K is not syncing with the Traktor Pro 2? I totally can't cue it by pressing the buttons.

    Can anyone help?

Even my effects and samples and everything are not working. Help me please! Do I need to do something or what?

You guys are saying those buttons aren't sending midi or that hotcues aren't mapped in?

I've recently just bought DDJ Ergo K and I've upgraded it from Traktor LE 2 to Traktor Pro 2. But after I activate my Traktor Pro 2 and I start it, I can't seems to be using the Hot Cues buttons on the DDJ Ergo K, same goes to the Sampler Buttons. There are still other dials and buttons that is not working well. I've tried researching online and got no answers, I've also tried to update the firmware of the DDJ Ergo K which is 1.20 and also I am holding the latest version of Traktor Pro 2 which is the v2.5.1. According the the Setup Wizard, I've also out DDJ Ergo LE and everything in the settings was set correctly as I followed the manual, can you all please tell me what is wrong? I've tried with Serato DJ Intro and everything works fine.

    Gentlemen!

i had the exact same trouble with my ergo k.
After several hours cursing and shouting the solution turned out to be extremely simple.
Make sure that you have the drivers and firmware up to date and that you only have 1 version of traktor installed.
Just to be sure I erased every traktor related file before installing pro.
Once it is installed you run the normal setup wizzard and choose the ergo k as a controller with 2 remix decks and 2 track decks.
After this you need the disk of Traktor LE2.
On the disk there is a folder with factory settings.
In this folder you can find the official settings file for every button of the controller.
You have to add this file at controller management in the settings menu of traktor.
When you have done this, close traktor and turn off the controller.
Turn the controller on and start traktor after it has connected.
You will see that everything works perfectly now!

    Enjoy!

I'm having the same problem (FX and smapler buttons do not work). I bougt the ergo-v including Virtual DJ LE but I'm want to use traktor 2.6. I don't have a Traktor LE version is there someplace where I can download the folder with factory settings?

edit: sorry...I thought you were also using Ergo-v. But now I see you're using Ergo-K. I guess that wont work for me...

    Ddj ergo le issues.

I just bought the DDJ ERGO LE as well and having exactly the same issues. The only way to make it work, it was downloading the demo version for Traktor pro 2. Does this mean that I have to buy it? If so, what is the point of selling a controller and give a software that it does not going give you access to all the functionalities in the first place?

I have upgraded to the latest of everything. Setting file, firmware and Tractor itself, but still shows Traktor LE instead of Pro. hence not all the buttons work as Hot cues , samples and FX.

    Please help!

I did not. I'm using the same Traktor LE that came with the DDJ ERGO LE controller, then upgraded to the new version 2.6, but the other functions still not available

    DDJ Ergo and Traktor

Hello all, maybe you coud help me. I've just buy the DDJ Ergo K limited with Traktor and I've the similar issue mentioned above. The Hot Cues buttons and Sampler buttons not run. I've updated with Traktor 2.6.3 but when I go to the Preference menu I don't have the Import and Export button to import the .tsi file...

I've only the buttons Setup Wizzard and Close. I've already installed twice and each time the result is the same. I don't have the Import button in the preference menu.

    Many thanks for your help
    Dom

You have to buy Pro to get all the functionalities.

Yes, thank you. It runs now with the Pro version.

I'm not sure to understand why they sold something that not runs well at the begining. Anyway business is business ...

I was asking the same question. For that price I would have thought a pro version was included with the device and only after you buy the it, then you will find out about it, but like you said. Business is business.
