Regarding Traktor LE upgrading to Traktor Pro 2

Hi everyone.

Sorry if I'm posting at the wrong section as I am new to Native Instruments forum and also Traktor.

Recently I've just bought a Pioneer DDJ Ergo K that came bundle with Traktor LE 2. After everything. I decided to upgrade it to Traktor Pro 2 so I bought the software and downloaded it. The email of the Order Confirmation have came but till now. I have yet to receive the Serial Code/Number for me to upgrade it from Traktor LE to Traktor Pro 2.

I have a few questions to ask.

How should I get the Serial Code.?

I've downloaded the Traktor Pro 2 software and installed it but when I open up Traktor App. It's still showing Traktor LE?

After I get the Serial code. Where should I go to upgrade it from Traktor LE to Traktor Pro.

I have also sent a ticket to Native Instruments support team but have not get back any replies.

The ticket number is 2012091010002207.

And when you get your serial number (will be via e-mail) you go to service centre and on one of the tabs (i forget which) there will be an option to put your new serial number in which will unlock the pro features.
