Getting this message when attempting to register my Komplete Kontrol mk2 S61. I've double checked the numbers several times and I've entered them properly. Thoughts? Suggestions?

You didn't mention where you got the numbers from. But I imagine it was from the card found in that little envelope found in the sleeve on the inside wall of the box where you got them?

Yes indeed. As a matter of fact, I found out about the "invisible" envelope from one of your replies to another forum member. :p

I wonder if it could be one of those "Zero vs Letter O" items... (not sure they use zeros OR "o's" but it is a thought...)

Also, sometimes the letter "D" looks like an zero.

What's weird is, the message suggests it knows what I'm trying to register (re: KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK2 HW). Perhaps it can tell from one or more of the tokens within the registration string. Quite annoying.

My serial string doesn't have any 0 or o or O characters. Which may be intentional for the aspect you are implying (that being it's normally caused issues in the past when users can't tell which character it's supposed to be).

Ugh....how embarrassing. What I thought was an "8" is actually a "0" due to that little "tick" they have for that character in the middle when it's rendered.
