Registration problem

    Hi,

    I was wondering of anybody ever got the same problem i have now.
    I wanted to upgrade Traktor Pro to Traktor pro 2.
    The email adress i used to buy traktor pro isn't in use anymore and i surely didn't rember the password. So i requested a new password and didn't keep in mind it would be sent to the e-mail adress i don't have anymore.

    So i tought i will make a new NI account and reregistrate my product.
    Now i can use traktor pro as before on my computer but when i want to upgrade to traktor pro 2 i am not allowed to because my products aren't activated on the NI website. (and it's not possible to)

    I contacted NI with the support form but it have bin 4 days and still no answer.
    Logicly i won't pay 200 euros for Traktor pro 2 after i allready paid that much for Traktor pro

    Hey there.

    Are you able to log into your regular NI account? (obviously because you posted). Does the settings in here point to your old email address that isn't in use anymore? I'm just throwing a bone here, but maybe if you update the email address on this NI user account, it will be the same for the old account. That being said, when you click on the forgot password option, it will then email you to the new email address?

    I'm not sure if the 2 use the same account / information at all, but it's just a thought for you to try.

    help me, Please

    Hi People


    i have had final scratch 2 since it was released in 2004 and always used it on the one system. for the last year or so its been boxed up due to other projects and work i've been doing.. when i invested in a new macbook pro several weeks ago i thought it was time to break it out again... i would of reregistered it originally around 2004 and since then have several email addresses... it would have been a hotmail account which do have a tendency of shutting themselves down when you don't use in a while... so i installed it with my original cd and serial code and then had to download ServiceCentre which is also something i didn't have to do in 2004... the only option was to create a new account and register again but it wont let me as the Service centre says that my serial is already in use by another user ye me 6 or so years ago...

    what do i need to do without having to phone USA or GERMANY this is really stupid i feel like going on pirate bay and cracking a programme i paid a lot of money for :angry:

    Please help me i have a birthday party coming up and wanted to use it :(

    I have been trying to install and activate Komplete 5 for weeks. Everytime I try, I receive error messages, and activation never occurs. I also cannot download updates to my programs via the "center." It just doesn't work.

    I have had very bad responsiveness from NI customer support (phone and email - niether seems to garner anyone's attention at NI). They requested not only my serial numbers, but also some number that appeared on the outside on the box the sofwtare was shipped in. WHAT? I threw that shipping box away.

    So, I sent them my purchase receipt (proof of purchase). STILL NO ACTIVATION, and STILL NO SUPPORT FROM NI.

    Clearly, this is the worst customer serivce experience of my entire life - AND, I'm 58 years old and have had my share of poor customer experiences.

    As a result, I don't know if I like NI products or not - Seems that I have purchased a "pig in the poke."

    I'd like my money back, and then I would support a compnay that is interested in supporting me.

    Have I been clear enough - THE NI PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION PROCESS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
