Registration Support not working

    HI!

    I Just made a deal to sell my s4 and scratch licence but now when i'm trying to get them deregistered the support is not working. maybe?
    I selected 2nd hand sale from the category, pressed NEXT and it skipped all the other stages to this.

    So they already knew who am i and what i'm after? :) Is there any other way to contact them regarding deregistration or could NI fix the issue or am i just dumb? :)

    If you logged into the support area, then they know who you are - and you should at least have the automatic email in your inbox confirming submission of the ticket. If not - try again in another browser.

    Well I thought about it and logged out from everything, restarted my laptop but still the same thing and no email. Today I tried again with another laptop and tadaa! It worked. Now i'm a happy owner of ticket! :) Thanks for your reply.
