Registration to new email account

    The account that I registered Traktor to, I no longer use. As a matter of fact, it was deleted.

    I have since created an account with my new email address.

    I tried to register my existing Traktor software with my new email account, but I dont remember the password for the old account.

    I cant submit to get a new password, because that old account has been deleted.

    I have contacted NI support about 3-4 times on how to get this straightened out. I cant do any updates, because I get the error message that "this serial number is already in use"

    Can someone from technical support please help a brother out???

    Been calling for the past hour (different time zone, but they should be open now) and I keep getting a recording that I'm calling "outside of their business hours"

    It's 8PM in Germany - why would they be there?

    Try calling in the middle of the day next time.

    Last time I checked...323 was a California area code..all is well now..
