Reinstall KOMPLETE 8 issues

Purchased KOMPLETE 8 about 7 years ago, my computers hard drive has recently died, I backed up all my data and had it replaced prior to the death. I've re-installed Logic, but my Native Instruments are not accessible. I try sign into Native access to reinstall all the data it says the details I am providing are incorrect, my ancient not used any more email associated with this product doesn't correspond with the password, can't sign into Native Access to reinstall, can't use my serial number as it recognises this a being used on another computer. Is this issue solvable? Thanks in advance
