Reinstall Not Showing

    Hi peoples!

    After some searching I found an email to contact NI and sent the email below. I assume I'll hear back from them in two weeks with some generic "please review the threads of our forum." In the meantime, could you please help?


    "Reinstall" is not an option in my Native Access. Here is what I see:

    I've read and followed all of the Native Access Reinstall threads on the forums, etc.

    Here are my preferences:

    After I select "Relocate" I get this:

    I browse to the location, but there is no such folder. I search my PC but can not find the folder anywhere.

    Per your site, I should see an option to "Reinstall". But I do not.

    Why?

    And How do I reinstall?

    A sample library like 'CinemorphX' is a 3rd party library that cannot be installed or re-installed with Native Access. NA is only there to register it to your account.

    3rd party libraries are not made or sold or deployed by NI and you simply have to contact the manufacturer of your 3rd party library to download it again if you have to. If you download it to a different location than the first time, you can relocate it with Native Access. But that's basically it.

    I have issues with some plugins not showing up in Maschine or Reaktor like Form. I can find it under files, but not in the player/browser.
    I've reinstalled every product multiple times and almost got everything back, I thought... Guess I still miss some products.
    Not sure if you have the same issue, still looking for the cause and fix

    If the library was purchased from a third party vendor, then the installation files would be provided by them. Native Access is only used to “Register” the library if it is a Player encoded (licensed) library. What library are you looking to reinstall?

    Thank you for your answer !
    But the problem is that the libraries I am trying to install come from N.I ...
    I'm talking about "electric sunburst", "Picked acoustic" for example. But I have the same problem on all N.I. library,
    I can just "relocate" but not "reinstall".
    The worst part is that this function disappeared overnight!

    have you "Moved" the libraries prior to tying to reinstall them through NA. Wat is the reason for reinstalling? Maybe a little more info will help figure it out.

    No, the installed instruments are located in "Macintosh HD -> user -> shared" and have never been moved.

    All of my instrument library are in "repair" mode except those I installed via "reinstall" mode which are in Full version ...

    So dumb question, have you tried relocating the libraries? And you never said why you needed to reinstall...did you do an OS upgrade? (To Big Sur which has not been fully certified by NI?)
