Reinstalled B4, but can't activate again

    I recently experienced a system crash on my Mac (10.3.9.). I had to reinstall B4. This is the only computer I've installed it on.

    The serial number is listed as authorized and such when I log in at nativeinstruments.com, but my copy says it isn't registered.

    As well, the Service Center won't download and run properly. It looks like online registration is turned off.

    I need to activate the application, but am stuck. I emailed NI, but haven't heard back.

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
