Removing CC numbers

    Hi
please, could someone explain to me how I can remove CC numbers on the Perfomer page?
I want to do that because I prefer to use Reaper midilearn with soft-takeover option, and if both Absynth and Reaper CC assignations are active, soft-takeover will not work.
I can do that just fine in Massive, and it works great, while on Absynth it seems I can only assign another CC but never remove one.

    thank you

As far as I can tell, there's indeed no way to completely disable the CC assignments.

You could try and set them to a CC# that isn't used by your controller. Click and drag the CC number on the assignments tab.

I'm not familiar with Reaper, but maybe there's an option to filter out the CC messages? Maybe with an additional plug-in before Absynth? I'd be surprised, if Reaper had not a solution for this scenario.

I tried to change the CC#, and it works fine, but I have to do that for every preset...what I would like is to have a "global" performer page, identical for every preset, so that the controller mapping will be the same for every preset. I can do that in Massive: each of the 8 global knobs is always assigned to the same knob of my controller, regardless of the preset. To do that I removed CC# from every global knob, and used the Reaper MIDI learn with soft-takeover...I had to do that just with one preset, because the 8 knobs in Massive are globally assigned!
Too bad it seems I can't do the same in Absynth...

I see... Yes, the CC assignments are per preset in Absynth, unlike with Massive. That was never an issue for me, but I can see that this is a valid request.
