Removing Komplete 9 Ultimate from Win7

    Hello. A new copy of Komplete 10 arrives for me this week, and I'd like to reclaim space on my boot drive by removing Komplete 9. For some reason Windows 7 doesn't see Komplete 9 for removal in Windows Control Panel---certain individual programs are seen (though not all of them), but not the big one. This is also true for another removal program, "advanced uninstaller".

    My Komplete 9 works fine, and the various folders are largely located in c:/users/public/public documents/ folder (300 gig).

    Any ideas? I can dump everything manually (I'll install Komplete 10 on a separate drive) but am wary of manual removal. Any help is appreciated.
