Removing LE software key off computer to use on another

    Hey all,

    My laptop is currently running Linux and it will only be on Windows in Feb, and I have to use the software before then, so I was wondering if there was a way to use the software key on another computer and then remove it so that I can use it on my laptop as well? I am aware that you are legally aloud to use the key on two computers but I'd like to keep the one as a spare for if something happens to my laptop I have the spare ready to use.

    Please help

    Welcome.

    If you install Traktor on a computer and then wish to uninstall it to use on another simply follow the uninstall procedure and then run Service Centre and that will acknowledge that the application is no longer activated.
    You are then free to install it on the next machine.

    If you aren't actually using it on more than 2 machine simultaneously then I would not worry about any overlap if you are transitioning between machines. NI servers can tell if Traktor is already activated on multiple machines and it can prevent installation but I don't think you will have an issue as long as you are using your own account.
