you need to use a 64bit version of Ableton, you can't just choose open in 32bit

and the 32 bit version and 64bit versions of Ableton Live are separate installs.

you need to go to your online Ableton account and download and install a 64 bit version of Ableton Live.

i renamed my 32bit version of Ableton: Ableton Live 9 Suite 32-bit - so that it was obvious which version was which.

anyway, if you are using a 64bit version, you should see Replika in your 'Local' VSTs.

Very nice NI. I don't have traktor and wish I would have popped for it when it was on sale but didn't because I expect a nice update to the Z2 shortly. Nevertheless I downloaded the traktor items as well. Now to decide where to use the 25$ e voucher. This delay is a lot of fun!

I think that "get info>click open 32 bit mode" note is a bit misleading.
This tip works for maschine app, i don't know any other application that has this option (if there is any..)
If you want Ableton in 32 and 64 bits you'll have to install 2 versions as Sowari said.

This function is one of my favorites with maschine software.
If i want to check a plugin problem (bit-wise), i used to open it with pt 10 (sh*t i lost my ilok again, where the hell is it?) And everything don't have rtas/aax version.. eg, some of my TC plugins..
With maschine, right click>open 32 bit, and done.. Very useful option.

This delay rocks btw. Nice, fun and simple. I really like it

    Thanks alot NI.
Since longer i was hoping for a delay fx by NI.....

    --------------
This is why i did build a komplete single and dual delay in Reaktor. (in user library since Juli, 2014)
    WITH OFFSET!
    30 sync timings in all + offset in %. (+ 5/16 and 7/16 timings)
True classic PingPong...possible in dual mode. (Replika is single)
    I also included "starting presets"...

    very nice... many thanks NI.

    ..

i have the 2.2 on 64 so i can run it... 2.12 is still in 32..

btw.. it is 64 bit only for the mac, so if your host is set to "open in 32bit" (get info), you will not see it in the list.... anyone know of a vst warpper, not au, that lets you run 32bit in 64bit or 64bit in 32bit... i have 3 32bit vst plug-in that are in my projects, one i have to pay $99 just to get a 64 bit version of the exact same plug, and that 2 of which are discontinued synths and irreplaceable... not to mention dozens of odd ones here are there... and only one 64bit only plug in, this one... lol.... seems that DAWs should have a bridge for this that opens so you can still open projects that contain them... surprise cubase 8 does not on the mac side, it still as the classic bridge in it...

i might try the having live in 32 and 64 bit thing...

remixing early works is not in the plan...i can see all 32bit, duo core, and pre 2010, support being discontinued in OS 10.11... so i suppose we have 10 months to update or finalize/render the existing projects.. .. NI u are a little early... lol... but still, thank you for the gift... will put it to good use...

    nevermind, i found this: http://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridgem/

converts both ways, so i can bridge replika to 32bit... or run kontakt in 64 bit while hosted in 32... or run 64 bit host with 32 bit plugs....

Nice present but a little unstable at the moment. Two instances of Replika in Maschine causes it to continuously crash (PC, Win 7, 64 bit and I was automating the mix control in one instance).

Looking forward to a speedy update, though I suppose I can wait till the new year.

I can run a single instance of Replika in Maschine no problem. It only crashes with further instances of Replika. Haven't tried it in my DAW yet.

    Yes. Me too!
But I have no problem to open more instances of Replika in a project. Even when it´s bigger.

I tried to load the service center update twice and it failed both times. I just stopped trying.

i just discovered the new cubase 8 has a built in bridge that not only runs 32 bit plugs, except waves, in 64 bit mode but will open PPC as well making it totally backwards compatible with opening projects.

I wonder what they will add to the inevitable "pro" version, that will come out after new years...?

i did play with replika a bit..... sounds really warm and thick, like analog, and has a overall dark tone that is more realistic of the natural reverberation of an echo, which fills me with joy...
