    when trying to activate R5
    service center pops up and then
    Request Error
    sorry an request error occured
    your data could not be processed

    please close and restart the application

    restarting doesn't help, nothing helps
    never happened before...

    where is the problem?

    i use windows 7 home premium, 64 bit

    I assume you will have sorted this by now, but I had the same problem after installing Komplete so I thought I'd post my solution here. The short answer is that I uninstalled Service Centre and re-installed using the download for Win7/8 from Native Instruments download pages (which Native Instruments suggest you nee to do to fix some technical issues). It solved the problem for me.
