Reseting delay in DAW?

    Hi,

    I've built a simple long loop type effect to use inside logic.

    My problem is that is that when I stop/start my recording in logic it is just in what ever state its in (just like the old days in a analogue setup :) )

    Is there any easy way to reset the state. I can use the stop/start midi signal I guess - but my delay is 30 seconds long so emptying it will take that long - a short cut would be better. Is there anything in the settings to do this?
