    Hi,

    Recently my old system broke down and I had to take a new machine and install everything again from scratch. In my previous machine, the Kontakt version was 6.5. After I installed the new machine I updated my Kontakt to 6.6.1 which is the latest version in Native access. Now when I run my usual Cubase session everything is running fine. But when I try to run the same session on my other machine in the studio. It shows a message as
    "The state of some Kontak instances cannot be recalled correctly. Please open any Kontakt instant to resolve the problem".

    So I checked on the NI forum and found it is a known bug for Kontakt 6.6.1 so then I rolled back the Kontakt to 6.4.2 as per the recommendation by the NI team. Then when I start Cubase and tried loading Cinematic Studio Strings on my system on Kontakt 6.4.2 it shows your version of Kontak is too old to load this file. Please update to the latest version. Other libraries like CinePiano or Albion 1 are opening fine but the whole Cinematic Studio Series is showing the same prompt message. But Cinematic Studio Series is running fine on the other two machines in my studio on the same Kontakt version 6.4.2.

    We tried solving this issue by reinstalling Kontakt, CSS, Native Access but the issue still persists. We are in the middle of scoring a film and this is a crucial matter. Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Just guessing...
    Perhaps a full uninstall/removal of Kontakt on the problematic computer may be better than just a re-install....??
    Followed by fresh install of the older versions etc.
    Make sure you are logged into your account only on ONE computer at a time.

    Hi,

    We had to install the latest version of Kontakt and Batch resave all the libraries we own across 3 computers. Now that all the libraries show as created by Kontakt 6.6 we are able to open sessions smoothly again.
