Restarted installer...stuck on "retrieving download information"

    Hey all! I just recently purchased Komplete 10 Ultimate (download version) and started installing it. I had to close the downloader and restart my computer at one point during the process. The downloader said it would be able to pick up where it left off, but now it seems it can't install at all.

    As soon as the downloader logs into my account, it gets stuck at "retrieving download information..." forever, never proceeding from that point on. It has been hanging up for hours, but before the restart, the installation was going perfectly smoothly. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Update: After 3 hours of hanging, it randomly started installing again. All is going well again, however, there was an error when it tried to install Kontakt 5 saying "Installation Error - please run the installer manually." Any idea why this is happening? I had previously purchased Komplete Elements (the $50 demo pack of instruments which includes a few things from Guitar Rig 5, Kontakt 5, and Reaktor) but neither GR5 or Reaktor seem to be having issues.

    Unfortunately, it seemed to freeze when trying to finish one of the downloads, and upon restarting, I'm stuck in the "retrieving download information" hell again :/

    Hi! I purchased Komplete 10 U and am also having the same problem. Were you able to know why this happens ? Does it happen due to overloading of NI servers with requests ? The downloader seems to be lacking in basic features like dedicated buttons to pause, resume or to cancel particular components. This is specially necessary for huge packages like Komplete 10 and Komplete 10 U.

    I am wondering now if I can rather switch to a boxed version and am willing to pay some extra dollars.

    It is working now. Probably their servers were impacted the other day when I tried. Possibly, the downloader takes more time to retrieve information when resuming a full package download. So I am downloading one instrument at a time. I am on a slow internet connection (only 1 Mbps down) and hopefully, it will work out and I will be able to download everything in a couple of months....ha ha. Otherwise, will figure out if I can get a boxed version for some extra payments.
