Restore X1 back to factory state?

    where can i get another driver

    That's not doing it manually! You go into device manager and right click the "Unknown" device and right click and choose "Update driver software" and then you choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and then you when you see this window come up [​IMG]

    You choose the "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. That's how you do it manually!!!

    PS: you might have to untick "Show compatible hardware" to show all the list.

    i do the same thing but nothing, same, i tried to many computers but with all do the same thing

    Okay so just to clear things up, in device manager does it say "Traktor Kontrol X1 Midi" or "unknown"?

    If it shows as "Unknown" then I think you have a defective X1

    If i connect after i installed THE driver normaly apears like unknown device. After That, if i do it manually apears traktor kontrol x1 midi but with some erorrs and with question mark. So my question is: my x1 îs defected or not. Just to know what to do. And if it îs defected what Should i change, integrated or something? Anyway, thanks a lot for your answers and sorry for disturbing
