RETRO MACHINES MK2 installation

    Hi I am having trouble installing retro machines mk2. i recently purchased and installed and activated komplete 8 ultimate. from what i understand once you activate kontakt in the service center then you will be emailed a coupon code for the retro machines download. However, I have not received this download. Any help is very much appreciated.
