    Hi

I have Komplete 8 and RETRO MACHINES MK2 is not listed in the Kontakt Library nor does it's license show up in the Service Center.

    Any ideas?

A download link is sent through e-mail along with the $30 e-voucher after you activate Komplete. From reading here I gather NI does not do this automatically with a high degree of reliability. I did not receive them until I contacted NI Support asking about it. They responded to my inquiry with the link and voucher within one business day though.

Given we have to use NI's Service Center to update, why should we have to manually check to see if we're up to date and contact NI support? Seems like a dogs breakfast with updates. Some showing up on service center, some by email notification ... surely it doesn't have to be this messy.

These are not updates. They are product download links. I have not seen it stated anywhere that the Retro Mach link and e-voucher were ever distributed through the Service Center. It is done through email as is a specific response indicating your software has been activated.

I forgot to mention that a link to DL Studio Drummer 60s is due the OP as well.

Thanks guys. NI Support did get back to me timeously with the link to Retro Machines MK II.

PS: I got the link to Studio Drummer 60s when it came out.
