Return S4

    I've had it for around 13 days I want to return it. How do I do this because I heard I need something from NI to return it.

    Yeah but they said I need to go through NI because of the TP2 Serial #.

    ah... i had no idea. i'd like to return mine too, it's nice but.. eh, it's too late anyway, plus i just had to send it off to NI since it's never been able to calibrate (but works fine) so i don't even have it now :/

    I had a problem with my S4, I took it back to the shop, they sent it back to NI then about 3 weeks later they sent me a brand new S4 back.

    that's cool. but my gripe is not the condition, it's the execution.. jogs are too small to properly execute low speed scratching (can circumvent this with "scratch" input, but defeats portability) and i cannot route FX post-fader, which i tend to use fairly often for delays and such. the ability to work standalone would be nice too..

    don't get me wrong, the S4 is nice and likely perfect for many.. just not for me.

    I was told at Guitar Center that mine is not returnable because it uses software. (Not that I want to return it but I was told this when I bought it).
