Recently, I bought K9U and got a email link because the Reverb Classic could not be shipped on the hard drive in K9U.

When I run the installer form the link. I get a issue message:RC48(RC24) is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

Does anybody know How should I do with this issue message? Please help me...

    My System:

    MBP(non-retina) i7 2.3Ghz + OSX 10.8.3 + K9U

You could try downloading the Reverbs again and see what happens. Make sure when you do the install you're running as administrator. One thing to look for is if the download has the .dmg extensions (assuming it's not a zip file).

    thanks for your reply~

I have download many times. I am sure I do the installation as admin. It's a zip file and OSX unzip it automatic, then I get a "downloader.app". When I run this "downloader.app", osx always give me this issue message and trash it...

    no one has this problem?

If NI is doing this as a multi-step process (download a zip file which decompresses into another app that does the actual RC24/48 download) instead of downloading a zip file or .dmg file with the actual program file you need to keep your Internet connection active. If you're behind a firewall or running anti-virus (which on a Mac you don't need) disable that and see what happens.

I think the RC48(or RC24) downloader.app does not have chance to be executed because the "app is damaged" message show immediately. and I am sure my computer was online also no anti-virus...

does anyone have tried to disable the Gatekeeper by the "sudo spctl --enable/disable" command? I don't know if that's a good idea...

That's the first thing I did when I got my current iMac - disable Gatekeeper. If you know your sources online disabling it isn't a problem. You don't have to use Terminal if you're scared about that. Disabling Gatekeeper can be done from within the System Preferences. See this: https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/4038

    thanks...

but I had tried this, not only switch the option to "anywhere" but also do control-click open the downloader.app...it does not work...Orz

"Damaged" app. – The app has been altered by something other than the developer. This message will appear no matter the Gatekeeper option chosen.
"App name" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash. ..

    that's my situation...

Try downloading with a different browser or even on another machine.
