loading a new file on the same sound-slot, adds a new pattern.
not having a way to have the file in preview, I have to load the various rex files, but if every time I add a new pattern, while remaining on the same sound-slot, I will have a series of patten not useful.
I think it should work that staying on the same sound-slot and loading a new rex file without making any changes to overwrite the existing pattern, and do not always add a new one.
so as to consider this? Bug or Feature?

    very annoying as a feature.

i think the term is 'by design' but yes, that is what happens.

fwiw, you can copy n paste the Sequences, so that they are part of the same Pattern if you want to have multiple Rex Files in one Group.

it's what I do, but when I loaded another 10 rex files, and therefore having a further 10 patten, which I do not need, it's hard.
    Yes, then boring design.
