    Hi

I can't seem to work out how to control Guitar rig with the pedal in cubase- the set up vanishes when used as a VSTi- I can 'hear' the tone on a track (as set up in stand alone) but it is not controling the plug-

Can someone give me a walk through on setuping up to record pedal in cubase SX 2.2.

    Cheers!

(for what its worth, great product- O would like to see more use of the tempo sync in the 'ADRENALIN II' style - comb filters, step filters etc- this is stuff you CANT do with an amp!)

I don't use Cubase, but you said that you set it up as a VSTi.. I believe you would only set it up that way if you were using a midi controller.. Try setting it up on an audio track. The kontroller works through audio signals not midi.

    hi Sean_Clarke & lethe,

yes, it´s a vst fx, not a vst instrument.
you have to use it on audio tracks.

make sure that the right channels are active (vst inputs, audio track, git. rig).

I have it as an effect
    It plays fine-
foot controler signal is audable and present on the cubase track audio device is routed to- How do I route the control signal from the foot controler going in through CUBASE to the Guitar rig VST efect>?

Here's a run down of what you should do:

Verify you have the right channels selected in Cubase, like sven said. Check your kontroller foot pedal and make sure 'ctrl' is selected and NOT ch 2, Open the guitar rig VST on the audio track.. In the input module turn Rig Kontrol ON and to the left of that select whichever channel you have the control signal routed to. Now you should be able to assign the foot pedal to whatever parameter you choose.
