Rig Kontrol 2 not controlling Guitar Rig 5 (windows 7 and Windows 10)

When I plug in my Rig Kontroller, all I see is a red line in the display, and it won't control the program. I am getting sound, but have to manually change patches, and any other settings. I've tried two different computers with the program installed. Any ideas

Thanks for your help. I already tried installing a new driver, and all the instructions on the link you sent.

When I try to reset the calibration, it does nothing. I will contact NI Support.
