    Got mine today!

It works as an audio interface for the maschine + - 20in 4out .

I’ve connected up my mc101 to the ext in , that get exported in the mixdown wav
so no need for the mx1

    Pretty cool setup

The mv itself is nice , I’m liking the workflow, similar to the mc and maschine , its super quick to build sections ,and real easy to chain those sections together.

For me seems a mix in between MV8800 (in concept) and updated Sp555 but with TR (which I love).
I have some questions (if you are so kindle to try please...)

    - Looper channels (it can set 2) how straightforward are? I've seen to much key combo just to start sampling... and I'm not sure if it's possible to do it avoiding "metronome" and go "loop after record" etc... think in the rc505 workflow. Can you check it, please?

    - Scene switching... sends some CC or anything at the start of next scene (quantised)?

I see this as potential machine for Live Looping / Backtrack machine and the price is correct (to be Roland) so I expect find these on 450€ in a few months at second hand... :V

It sends program change when manually switching sections, but when I sequence those sections it doesn’t send them

Im going to find out why from Roland

I’ll have to get back to you on the looper

But it sends the PC when starts the new or when you hit the button? These switches are also midi mappable to "let's say" trigger them from midi foot pedal?

    Thanks a lot!

It’s definitely sending pc , when I switch sections 1-16 by pressing the pads , I can see/hear it changing scenes 1-16 on the mc , but when I sequence/tr Rec the sections it no longer sends it , I’ve spent a while trying to work out why , so it must be incomplete atm

It will be nice quantised launch of scenes (aside song mode) with PC trigger when the scene switches (not when the button is fired)

Thanks for taking time into this _/I\_

I’ve been acquainting myself with zenbeats on my iPhone, which is a little fiddly , today I got an iPad , which makes a big difference, I’m quite liking it tbh , never really got into music apps on my old iPad.
So , really looking forward to the mv-1 support now

More than expected but very glad BTW!

This makes a real contender to M+ IMHO...

You should share this info into the iMaschine wishlist topic so NI maybe makes mikro and regular portable like this. Not necessary M+ competence but complement...
