Just invest in Kontakt and make your own round robins. As you may notice, NI has be stripping out redundant features of from products that already exist in others...like the roll function from Battery 3 that was stripped from v4 after Maschine was released. Its a business. Now you know what product is capable of providing that feature. Buy it (if you didn't already), learn how to implement your desires...or link up with someone who can show you.

Do you have a tutorial on how to achieve this? Does it work as smoothly/easy to implement as the Akai version is as its a superb feature that really breathes life into a production.

Thanks, you do have a valid point there..

I already have Kontakt and since a while back also Grove Agent from Steinberg so it's not like I don't have the tools for what I want to do. Groove Agent (and also the free "SE" version that ships with Cubase) is fast and dead easy to setup for RR, so that's good.

NI product development is their business and I just gracefully gave up this bump-this-tread-fest.

    I agree.
I really need to be able to select one of my midi input devices as an exclusive device for the Focus mode of midi input.
Without this feature, you virtually need one controller for every sound/track you want to play live in your session, which doesn't make any sense.
I would like to be able to have a couple of controllers setup to specific sounds/tracks, while using my Kontrol 88 for playing different sounds using the track select up and down arrows in the Navigation Section.

Focus really does need a few extra settings e.g., preferred port and channel to make it as useful as it should be. Even Maschine 1.x had this.

Please add the Round Robin aka Cycle feature in the Maschine sampler, just like the one in Battery 4! Akai has this feature, and sound designers like Masada have been selling drum kits that utilize this feature, where each layer has a different articulation and adds a natural humanized feel to the drums, and I want to add this my arsenal!

    +1

RR is drum sampler basics.... and thus is almost a requirement for the M+.
