I think I messed up.

I just bought the Kore/Komplete 4 package from a store here. When I registered, I tried to enter in my old e-mail address, but that failed saying that there was already in inactive profile on it. I just realized that was probably because I moved my Garritan from my old PC to the new one.

Anyway, I registered Kore/Komplete on the new profile, when I tried to register it I then found out the store sold me the wrong package (they sold me the upgrade from Komplete 2/3, not from Kore) so that didn't work. I got the new,proper upgrade package from the store but now I can't authenticate it, because it's still asking me for the Komplete 2 serial.

Anyway, now I think I have two profiles, with my two different e-mail addresses and I can't get Komplete authorized.

I think if I can delete Komplete 2 and 4 from my current profile, it will let me register the new one.

Any ideas how I can proceed?

yes, you are correct that it was the wrong box. Unfortunately you have to uninstall Komplete 4 first to get rid of the wrong Komplete serial. You should do this via the Software icon in the Windows system panel. You can leave the sample libraries on your computer, so that the re-installation of Komplete 4 should not take as much time as the first installation, since you need only to install the first DVD.
