S2 MK3 not being detected as a controller

    Hello,
    I tried to plug in my Traktor S2 Mk3 into my Windows 10 Laptop (Fully Updated) and found that it does not recognize the controller as an input device, only as a sound output. I find this very weird and cannot deduce if it is a software bug or a hardware issue.
    Please help! I don't want to have to go through strenuous tech support right now...
