S25 MK1: B3 key stopped working

    Hi,

    I have the same issue as this person: https://www.native-instruments.com/...d-working-on-komplete-kontrol-s88-mk1.374399/

    The B3 (not sure about the number since there's only 25 keys, that's the B in the middle on the keyboard, not the one on the right) of my S25 MK1 stopped working last week for no apparent reason. Like the other post linked above, nothing has changed in my setup so far, and my other keyboard has no problem with that particular key. Other features of the S25 are fine: I can still browse, use the knobs, control the DAW, etc.

    I tried everything so far, from a software standpoint (including re-installing Komplete Kontrol), with no success.

    My DAW is Cubase 10 Pro under Windows 10 Home on a Core i7 with 32Go.

    I bought this keyboard back in April 2018, and my invoice says it should be a 3 years warranty, so here I am. :)

    What should I do?

    Hey,

    A quick follow-up to say I just got my unit back from the repair center. So far so good! They did a nice job repairing the key, I can't see any stain anywhere on the keyboard. It has never been so clean, lol.

    The whole handling was not super fast (but I wasn't in a hurry anyway), but really pro. So, I just wanted to give you guys at NI a thumb up. Thanks!

    And a big thumb down to UPS, who litterally destroyed the box around the keyboard... Like if someone had fun with an axe on my package. I'm amazed the keyboard has not a scratch.

    Anyway, case closed (I hope).
