Hey guys, I just updated traktor pro for the stem integration and have watched the video on NI homepage on the new controls mapped for the stem decks on an S4. on the video hes using the mk2. I can't get my mk1 to control the stem decks as was shown in the video. Is there a new traktor map to DL or is that included in the update? Please help

It works with the s4 mk1 on my side.
You need to set your sample buttons behavior within the s4's preferences as 'auto' (meaning they retain the 'automatic' behavior if your track isn't a stem track and if the deck below is a remix deck....).
If that doesn't work for you, erase your current traktor s4 default mapping, add a new fresh one with the small 'add' button traktor/s4 mk1.
    Works fine for me.

Personally speaking, I don't like how it has been implemented. Those samples buttons' functions change way too many times potentially depending on different factors. It's not practical at all. Well, may be that's me.

Thanks Yul. I'll give that a shot. I have a djtt mapping over the original mapping so that may be throwing things out of whack

Dumping my maps and reloading just the default mapping took care of it. And you're probably right about the sample buttons. Ive noticed subtle changes to map functions and effects processing when I have played around with it and the S4 on several computers I've owned.
