S4 MK2 Firmware problem

    Hi folks,

    I've bought the new S4 Mk2 and have downloaded the newest version of traktor (2.6.4), all updates have been applied, but when I first switch on, a message comes on the screen telling me the S4 Mk2 firmware is out of date and needs updating.
    It then goes to a device download page, which downloads, unzips and opens no problem.
    However, it always says error and won't update the driver.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    (It's quite a new laptop with Windows 7)
