S4 MK3 Haptic Hotcues not working properly

    Hi, I just received a new S4 MK3 after I sent one back bacuase of a left jog wheel issue.
    Now I have another one, always in the left jog: the Haptic Hotcues feedback doesn't work when in TT mode, it works on jog mode. The right jog wheel is ok.
    Is there any way to fix it? I don't want to give it back to the shop again!

    Strange so the cue points you add don't react at all when using the right jog in TT mode.
    Of course the first thing to ask is do you have the latest firmware and all updates?
    Second have you tried adjusting the tension?
    The other thing is. The TT mode doesn't allow you to change cue points, forgive me if this is all old news, so if you are trying to change cues in TT mode, it won't work.
    Although you are saying this is only the right jog so maybe I am way off.
    Sorry that's the only thoughts that come to mind. And as you can tell there are not a bunch of posts that show this as a regular issue.

    What is the purpose when using the haptic points in TT mode?
    Honestly I am not the best in that mode or have really figured out much more than a couple baby scratches every now and then. So I wouldn't know what to use the haptic feedback of cue points anyway.
    But I definitely wish I could change cues in TT mode and also wish it stayed in sync or at least had the option.
