S49 Controller LED screen Viewing Angle. is this right?

Hi All,

On my S49 the LED screens seem to be at a very strange angle. Sitting down in front of it, I can see only see one word of a two word parameter. I tried to take pics of this so you guys can see. its seems strange to me that the LED screens would be tilted down like that.

HAVE A LOOK at the A1CUTOFF Parameter. siting down in front of the keys, I can only see A1CUTOFF. BUT.....If I lean reallllly far over the screen I can see the work MACROS. I dont think thats right is it?

Hello. It looks as though your keyboard is indeed damaged - the screens should be flushed flat against the clear casing. Please contact the retailer your purchased this from to discuss a return, or alternatively contact NI Technical Support. Thanks, Adil

 

I appreciate that, thanks I thought it was screwy....i purchased this a year ago from an online retailer, its always been like that It may be out of warranty. but does NI have a repair service?
