S5 conect F1,X1 or Z1

    F1 - yes, see:
    X1 - I am not sure, but cant see why not... Btw, why would you need it? You can controll almost everything with S5 / edit: you want to control second sets of Effects / or mixerFx, i think? But i think that there is a workaround how to map those functions directly on S5 in traktor, or using some mod instead.
    Z1 - I am not sure, but cant see why not... S5 has internal soundcard (4 channel, one linein/mic input), Z1 has internal soundcard (2 channel, no other inputs). You can have only one of those sound interfaces active in traktor, so this would be no benefit to have them together.

    I dont see the reason why have them both connected (maybe, if you want to controll another software with those X1 / Z1, then it would be reasonable)

    Or try to explain, why you want to connect those controllers while connected S5.
