S5 no audio at all.

    Hi guys!
    An S5, up to date firmware, recognizable by Traktor 3 and by OS X as a sound device, is not outputing any sound.
    When turning on, some "turning on pop-click" sound coming out from speaker or headphone, but no audio further at all.
    Routing in Traktor set to internal. All indicators are intact. Cue volume in Traktor is greyed out.

    Is there a way to re-flash the firmware? Or any ither suggestions?
