S61 doesn't send midi signal when Mac App is closed!?

    Hello,
    I need to connect my S61 MK2 to an external sound engine through a midi cable. It works fine and sends a midi signal to my external device as long as the KOMPLETE KONTROL app is open on my mac. However, if I close the app on my mac, S61 doesn't send a signal to the external sound engine. How can I fix this issue?

    According to the manual, p.105:

    "5.2.3 Stand-Alone Operation
    If you power up your KOMPLETE KONTROL S-SERIES without an USB connection, you can use it as a stand-alone MIDI controller by connecting your external MIDI equipment to the 5- pin MIDI ports on KOMPLETE KONTROL S-SERIES’ rear panel."

    That sounds like if the USB is active when you power on the keyboard, standlone MIDI no longer works?

    I don’t have power adapter to try. I needs to get prowler form USB. When it’s connected to USB and Komplete Kontrol app is open (and I set and check marked midi output) it works fine, but once I close the app it seems it forget it. Is there any way around it?
