S8 Problem after Firmware update

I decide to uptade my S8 firmware today to the latest version (nothing to do during this quarentena). Ater the first try, I got an error message of unsucessfull firmware upgrade.
On the second try I got an sucessfull update message.
After load my Traktor (i use the 3.2.19 version), I got the following problem:
Left buttons Hotcue, Loop, Freeze, Remix, Flux, Deck, Shift, Sync, Cue and Play doesn't work anymore (nothing, even the lights). Since I can't change the decks, I think it's the same for Decks 1 and 3.
The rest of the S8 works fine!

I use MAC OS Catalina 10.15.4. It's a new MacBook Pro with Usb-C => Usb-B cable from DJ Tech Tools (I use in my performances).

I can't downgrade (of course). Can I reset the S8 someway?
I use Traktor since december 2001 (first version), so I'm an experienced Traktor user.

I opened a ticket and still don’t get an answer from NI. I noticed THAT THERE ARE OTHER GUYS with exactly the same problem in the forum. It seems to be related with MacOS Catalina and the last firmware.

Please NI, I need a solution URGENT.

NI answers requests for quite a while, I waited several weeks
