    Tommyjarvis I filed a bug about it during the 2.11.1 beta, but I never got a response. There is no documented way to get the assigned color, although you could probably use Sydes' code to parse it from the collection.nml file.

    Hey guys,
    you're doing a great job! Thank you for sharing those awesome Mods with us.

    I've got a little (hopefully) easy to solve question: is it possible to set the move of a loop to 1 bar permanently, like on the X1 for example?
    I tried to find the setting in the codes, but damn... those are complex to a beginner like me.

    Quick question:

    I have just bought Mixed in Key and the Traktor Cue and Key (TCK) tool.
    My tracks are key analyzed and the Camelot keys also have a 0 in front of values lower than 10 (which MiK does not create so far, thus using TCK).

    Is there a way to have the D2 sort by key text instead of key?
    Or is it possible to overwrite the key field with key text in Traktor?

    Hi,
    I made an update of my mod based on Snydes Display mod. Mainly a slight rearangement for better visibilty. Also now the remaining time to the next cuepoint or whatever is displayed and the box dispaying the actual key flashes if it differs from the original key of the track (so you do not accidently play a track at a strange key involuntarly).

    I fixed a bug in my mod. Previously the (elapsed/remaining to cue point/total remain) time was not adapted to the actual tempo. Instead, the original tempo of the track was used and the time did deviate from the real time. Now it is fixed.
    PS: I had a look in the original code (unmodded version), to me it appears as if this bug is also present in that version. However I am now to tired to check.

    anyone know how to take all the QML stuff and create a new QT app or widget that can display windows
    like Traktor does (with our own custom Mods) and even feed it our own data? (from a XML)

    or are there any QT widgets that can grab the rendered windows from Traktor live?

    Whilst trying to finish/debug something on the mods I've been working on I was thinking along the same lines, and installed the Qt development environment in the hope I could use it to debug from, but didn't get very far due to issues importing a "CSI 1.0" which is included in many/all QML files. My best guess is that library is the "glue" NI wrote (in C++ I'm guessing) to achieve some of the integration with Traktor. I suspect full exposure to that would explain a few mysteries I've found had we full access to the libraries. As it is I've dug into the Traktor executable and discovered a few things not obvious from the QML files we've learnt from. Being able to render things on a larger screen such as an iPad would be amazing.

    I intend to look again at using Qt Creator - my failure was due to time and technical knowledge constraints - a lot of this has been trial and error so far.

      • It’s the legacy key… to fix for the display key…
