S8 stop working

    Hello administration.
    I have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks already, first I received an answer, asked to send the video, and I sent it. My problem is that the controller has stopped working for no apparent reason. To be honest with such a global company, it’s not very professional not to respond for 2 weeks. I, as I know, still have a manufacture warranty. and i would love to resolve my problem asap. Thank you.

    have you tried switching out your power supply....that worked for me 2 times now it has stopped altogether

    the same thing, the s8 today stopped turning on, also did not respond to my 3-4 support messages for the last 3 months, hmm ..

    The same procedure with my S8 and the same problems to get in contact with the support of NI.

    The controller has hs own life and decides by himself, if he is willing to turn ON or staying OFF.

    Sometimes it helps to disconnect the power unit for several days, but not in every case.
