S88MK2 no pitchbend / modulation wheel function

    Hello, I have an S88MK2, Windows 10 x64, all updates, no error message in the device manager, but suddenly the following problem: The pitch and modulation wheel no longer work, everything else without problems.
    Is there a way to reset the S88MK2 by hardreset or other ideas about what might be the reason?

    The Pitch & mod wheels only send on MIDI Channel 1. Is the kybd sending on a different channel?

    no, the wheels don't work even within Komplete Control ....

    I just tried to control a VSTi simply via the MIDI connection.
    Now nothing works anymore, neither pitch nor note data is transmitted.
    I suspect there is a hardware failure. Funny, the keyboard was just in the room, how can something break?
    Doesn't speak for quality, but wait and see what it really is....
