    I have been trying to activate my traktor crossgrade ("the serato case"). Instructions were: Please fill out the form and then send it with the COPY OF YOUR INVOICE for Serato Scratch Liveby Email to sales@native-instruments.de

    Yep I did it BUT got back email that sales@native-instruments.de is NOT ACTIVE! Nice! Now I have open "ticket" and dont know how long it will take... And by the way i was in a hurry..
