I changed the sample rate in DP 4.12 from 44.1 to 48k. The kontakt instruments, which were fine before, now play out of tune, indicating that Kontakt is not changing the sample rate. Are there any steps I need to take to get Kontakt to change to 48k? Thanks.

Kontakt has a pitiful, ongoing problem with 48k. Changing the samplerate in the host can result in unpredictable and permanent problems with your instruments. Sad, but true.

I'd recommend sticking with one samplerate (preferably 44k) to avoid this until they figure out this complex problem.

I changed from 44k to 96k in Sonar3. I haven't noticed any pitch changes, I do however experience extreme note cutoff of any note longer than Duration of 46:480. Some samples drop within one second of the note being held down and some will play one time regardless of loop settings. I'm not sure if this bug occurs when you create a project starting with a 96k sample rate, but with a simple insert of the sustain pedal controller matching the lenght of the note, samples will hold and loop properly.

PS. Knowledge Base recommends you reload the multi or instrument after sample rate change.
