sample (zone) to multiple outputs with individual levels

    Hi everybody
for an interactive audio-installation I'd like to do following with Kontakt 5 (standalone !):

    Example:
    1 mono-sample in a zone, assigned to group 1 --
this sample should be played back as follows:

90% volume level through output 1 (physical output)
25% volume levelt hrough output 2 (physical output)
00% volume level through output 3 (physical output)
45% volume level through output 4 (physical output)
    ... etc
10% volume level through output 8 (physical output)

The same procedure with different values for more samples.

I can create these outputs and assign the groups output through the channel routing matrix.
Unfortunately, there are only fixed individual levels per output channel possible (+12, + 6, 0, -6, -12, -24, -36 dB).

Is there another way to realize what I'd like to do ?

    Thanks for any help
    Best, Christian

Yes, you need to duplicate groups having the same sample mapped in all of them and send each group to a different output.

    Hi,
thank you, I get it. But this will of course multiply the audio-streaming load of the instance,. or not ?
I also tried to do it with Kontakt's surround insert. There I have the problem (as with all circular surround-panners) that you can't send the signal, let's say, 50/50%, to two opposite outputs (ex. 2 and 5) and some of the signal to channel 3 (Center), and leave the other outputs silent.

So, the only way seems to be duplicating groups or create multichannel audiofiles with the proper channel assignement. But that will as well increase the audio-stream load, as duplicating groups -- and it is less flexible.

If someone comes up with another solution - let me know it !

    Thanks
    Christian

It's all the same data. If you stream one 10-channel files or ten mono files, the amount of data that needs to be streamed is the same.
