"Samples Missing"

After a break of many years in making music, I returned to Kontakt and Kore Player and installed them on a new computer, OS Windows 10.

Everything went otherwise well, but Kore Player can't find the soundpacks I bought and installed (Essential Bass, North India, Sax and Brass). When I try to download them to Kore Player, it reports "Samples missing". "Resolve manually" + "Browse for folder" helps and Kore Player loads the samples, but the data or location is not stored in its memory, and Kore Player is next time just as confused with these soundpacks.

If I remember correctly, first Kore Player version on my computer was 2.1.1 but then I updated it to 2.1.4, hoping it would function better. It did't.

    Is there a solution?

You'd need to point to the missing samples, and after it all loads resave the Kore sound.
