Is there something that will essentially disconnect wires after a section in an ensemble to stop that section from processing to save cpu? The deactivator also needs to be turned on and off by an incoming value. I think it is possible to do this with switches before those sections, but I really need to deactivate the wire after the section, because there are a large number of inputs.

Yes, if you use a switch, you would get that. Note that switches force reinitialization of the whole ensemble.

Hmm. I tried that but it still seems to be processing both sections before the switch.

then you must be doing something else to keep them active.

I tried it somewhere else and it worked as intended. What could I be doing to keep those sections active? Nevermind, I had the always active button toggled. lol.
