Solved Saving Keyswitch with DAW session

    Hello,

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed before, but I did a search of the forum and couldn't find anything on this specifically.

The keyswitches in my instrument select groups with different samples in them, and this works well. The problem arises when Kontakt is loaded as a plugin in a DAW — the DAW session is saved, and the next time it's opened, the Keyswitch is set back to the default.

Is there any way to save the Keyswitch that was selected by the user when saving the DAW session?

    Thanks!

You need to actually record a keyswitch as MIDI or drop its note into piano roll.

Yeah, I was afraid of that being the only option.
    Thanks for the reply, E.D.

That's how keyswitches are supposed to work, though.

Yes. I guess it was a Hail Mary combined with wishful thinking that I was missing something somehow :)
