Sax and Brass activation

    HI all,

    when I bought Komplete 7 I used the voucher that I got in the box to buy the package mentioned in the subject line. Now, I cannot activate it, the serial number is in red and it says 'not activated', and there is a shopping basket next to it. If I click on it it takes me to the NI web shop...WTF? I have already bought it. Can someone help me activate this sample package?

    Also, what is going on with the service center? It stops in the middle of a download and I cannot resume it. Is my only option restarting the download?

    I have solved both problems in the meantime, but I still have 1 question, hopefully someone can help this time around :)

    When I update all NI applications, the application file doesn't reflect the today's date in the 'date modified'. It still has the date of the original installation, though the version seems to be correct. For example, Reaktor shows 5.6.0, which is the correct version, but the date modified is May 23, which is when I first installed it. Guitar rig on the other hand still shows the old version, 4.2.0, although I have installed the 4.4 update. Is this because the Guitar rig update did not update the plugin itself but the library content or have I done something wrong?

    Any help much appreciated...
