    Hi,
A common chord like the Augmented Chord should be available, but its not. Is there a way to customize the chords? Will it be added to future updates? It really ought to be.

No, all chords were sampled, they aren't constructed from single notes. If they'd be added in an update is anyone's guess, but looking at NI's history of product updates, they extremely rarely consisted of updated sample pools... So I wouldn't hold my breath for this.

Yes, I see. However, Scarbee might someday. They are a separate company and that might make them more likely to respond to user requests. They don't have there own forum so I (we) would need to contact them directly.
I just don't get why they would omit such a common chord in the first place. There really isn't any way to substitute the harmony augmented chords suggest that I know of personally. The closest chord is the m#5 I guess. Any suggestions for workarounds would be welcome.

They are a separate company, but it's a NI product ultimately, they call the shots.

The only work around I can think of is to layer three unison 'chords' e.g. C E and G# to create the augmented chord. I don't think the m#5 is a substitute for a major augmented chord as the m#5 is essentially a first inversion triad - fundamentally different sound.
