Scarbee Update Fails

Hi, does anyone know why this always happens when I try to update these files? I've had Komplete since version 7 and now am at 10 Ultimate. It seems to me that they moved into a different Kontakt instrument but then I don't understand why I'm always asked to update them still. And further to my confusion it only happens on my iMac at home but not at my iMac that I use at work. (both running OS 10.9.latest)

pressing the red "i" should reveal more information about why the installation failed, I think.

Are those three libraries available in Kontakt's library tab?

 

Thanks for the answer. I probably should close this inquiry and move the question to support. I thought someone else might have had the same issue.

When I checked the failed tab it says to click the relocate button in the overview tab but there is no such button. Odd.

It seems I have those instruments under Vintage Keys but not as stand alone instruments in the directory where update is looking for it.

I'm not sure if I have the updated instruments and they are called something else because they changed between K7 and K10 or something else. I'm not sweating it because I have more piano VSTs than I can use but that said I like to have all the choices that I paid for - and maybe I do. It's all very confusing to me. I've had this issue for a couple of years on my one computer now so I haven't really been treating it as urgent.

If anyone knows anything that would be great. If I find something after moving this to support then I'll update the thread later.
